- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My daughter went for an exam and cleaning at this practice. We were charged our normal $25 copay, but we were told we had to pay an additional $40 because our insurance did not cover 2 of the x-rays needed. A month or two later, we received a bill from West Cobb Children's Dentistry saying we owed an additional $25 for some unknown reason that our insurance did not cover. I'm sorry, but $90 for a cleaning seems steep to me. I know one may be inclined to think that maybe I just have sub-par insurance, but I have taken my daughter to another pediatric dentistry practice nearby, and we were only charged the $25 copay for a cleaning, so I know that's not the case. I agree with the previous person who posted a review that this practice seems to be interested in gouging their patients out of as much money as possible. I would also recommend finding another dentist--unless you just enjoy paying additional money for services when you shouldn't.November 20, 2017by Eryn V
